Receiving a hug brings warmth and joy that opens my heart, inviting deeper connection. When this mountain reached out for me, I reached back with awe, appreciation and wonder.

My prayer response:

God, free me from small-mindedness that hesitates to acknowledge how connected I am to all creation. Thank You for how every reminder of Your love helps me to love all You have created.

Biblical touchstones:

  • For from the greatness and beauty of created things comes a corresponding perception of their Creator. Wisdom 13:5
  • Praise God…mountains and all hills, Psalm 148:1, 9
  • For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38

Invitation to prayer:
What prayers are emerging in your heart, mind, and body?
Pray them now.
